01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zebbi Technologies website, including its pages, interactive demos and newsletter (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

02About the Site and our services

The Site provides general information about Zebbi and the services we offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services. Any engagement with Zebbi is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work), which takes precedence over these Terms for the matters it covers.

03Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or probe, scan or test their vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Site’s integrity or performance.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site’s content at scale, except for standard search-engine indexing.
• Impersonate Zebbi, our team or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Security researchers who find a vulnerability are welcome to report it responsibly to security@zebbi.online.

04Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the Zebbi name and logo, product names, interactive demos and code, are owned by or licensed to Zebbi Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Site, or use our trademarks, without our prior written consent.

05Demos and illustrative content

The interactive product demos on the Site run on synthetic data generated in your browser. They illustrate how our systems behave and do not show real transactions, customers or results. Product capabilities, performance and outcomes for any engagement depend on your data, systems and the agreed scope of work.

06Newsletter and communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you occasional updates about Zebbi, our products and the AI industry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the Site or by email until a confidentiality agreement is in place.

07Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as fonts and content delivery networks). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

08Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Information on the Site is for general purposes only and is not professional, financial or legal advice.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zebbi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed INR 10,000 (or its equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zebbi and its directors, employees and agents against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, except that we may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
