Questions, answered.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. Most of our roles are remote. Each listing shows the country or region it's open to (for example "Remote · Europe"), because that's where we can employ you legally and pay you locally. You'll need a reliable internet connection and a few hours of overlap with your team each day, whatever your time zone.
Do you hire freshers and students?
Absolutely. Our six-month internships welcome students and recent graduates, and you can code in any mainstream language: Java, C, C++, Python, JavaScript and more. Strong interns may receive a full-time offer.
What does "Hybrid" mean for hub roles?
You'll live within commuting distance of the hub and come in when it's useful, typically for team days and client work, and work remotely the rest of the time.
Do you sponsor visas?
We consider sponsorship case by case for hub roles. Remote roles are open to people who already have the right to work in that country.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but please pick the two that fit you best. If another role suits you better, our talent team will tell you.
Do you offer adjustments during interviews?
Yes. Tell us what would help, such as extra time, a different format or captions, and we'll make it work. It won't affect your application.
